For Students Aiming to Advance Their Career Opportunities

Step 1: Take a Placement Test

The first step is to assess your English proficiency level using the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) system. This test evaluates your communication skills through a conversation-based online test.

Step 2: Receive Test Results & Individual Learning Plan

After completing the placement test, you will receive a detailed result showing areas that need improvement in each communication skill. Guru English School will share the results with the student and assign specific teachers to help address weaknesses. The goal is for students to achieve perfect communication ability.

Step 3: Join a Suitable Class Group

Students will join a class with peers of similar age and proficiency level. This allows for collaborative learning and mutual encouragement, helping students build confidence as they prepare for academic entrance exams.

Step 4: Focused Learning Approach

Lessons are conducted by experienced native English-speaking teachers, using the internationally recognized Cambridge and Oxford curricula. Classes combine academic English with interactive, real-life communication tasks to ensure students are well-prepared for university entrance exams, scholarship interviews, and other formal evaluations.

Step 5: Progress Monitoring & Level Advancement

Regular assessments are given to track student progress. If a student demonstrates rapid improvement, they may be eligible for an early level-up test. Upon passing, the student will advance to a higher class level. If not, they will continue in their current group until the term-end exam.

Academic Testing Schedule

  • Term Exams: Three times per year – March, August, and November

Certificate & Transcript Issuance

  • A Ministry of Education Certificate (official and nationally recognized)
  • An Academic Transcript (with detailed CEFR-based scores)

These Documents Can Be Used To:

  • Apply for admission to top-ranking schools and universities
  • Strengthen academic portfolios for competitive programs
  • Apply for scholarships (domestic or international)
  • Support exchange program or study abroad applications
  • Provide proof of English proficiency for academic visa applications
